The 7 mile course leaves from Shady Beach and heads due East to Sprite Island. It then turns South towards Peck Ledge Lighthouse. Continue on to Peck Ledge which you will pass on your starboard-side. Continue on to pass Goose Island on your starboard side and head towards Copps Rocks. One route to Copps Rocks you will notice a large orange buoy approximately 200 yards off Copps Rocks. Turn counter-clockwise around the buoy and head back to Shady Beach following the outbound course in reverse.
